Team Management

You must be an Administrator to add or remove teams and assign a Cabinet to a Team. Moderators have limited admin rights within a Team.
What is a Team?
Every account must have at least one Team, and all users must be on a Team
Teams are how users are granted access to a Cabinet
Teams can optionally have a Moderator that has limited admin rights within the team
Teams are assigned access to Assets
Teams are assigned access to a Cabinet
Add a new Team
You must be an Administrator to add a Team
Web
As an Administrator visit the teams page within the web app
Click "Add New"
Enter the team name and save
Mobile
Under the main menu from the upper right of the mobile app choose "Team Management"
Under the three dots menu in the upper right choose "Add a new team"
Enter the team name and save
Inviting existing users to a Team
You must be and Administrator or Moderator in order to invite existing users to a team
Typically users are assigned to a Team when their account is first created. To learn how to add new users to your ItsWare account view 📄 User Management
Web - Admin Role
As an Account Admin Visit the Teams Page
Select a Team to manage
Under the User(s) table, choose "Add User"
Search for a user and select them
Save the Page
The User will be notified they have been invited to the Team
Web - Team Moderator
As a team Moderator visit the Team Management page
Choose the team you want to manage
Choose "User Access"
Use the "Invite User" buttons to add existing account users to the team. To add new users to your account, contact your team admin.
Search for a User then click "Invite User(s)"
The User will be notified they have been invited to the Team
Mobile
As an Admin or team Moderator, under the main hamburger menu choose "Team Management"
Select the Team you want manage
Choose "User Access"
Use the "Invite User" buttons to add existing account users to the team. To add new users to your account, contact your team admin.
Search for a User then click "Invite User(s)"
The User will be notified they have been invited to the Team
Removing Users from a Team
You must have the Administrator or Moderator role in order to remove users from a team
Team assignments can be done when adding new users

Web - Admin Role
As an Account Admin Visit the Teams Page
Select a Team to manage
Under the User(s) table, choose the Remove Icon under the "Actions" column next to the user you want to remove
Save the Page
The user will be notified they have lost access to the team
Web - Team Moderator
As a team Moderator visit the Team Management page
Choose the team you want to manage
Choose "User Access"
Click the "Remove Access" button
Choose the remove icon to remove users from the Team
Save the Page
The user will be notified they have lost access to the team
Mobile
As an Admin or team Moderator, under the main hamburger menu choose "Team Management"
Select the Team you want manage
Choose "User Access"
Click the "Remove Access" button
Choose the remove icon to remove users from the Team
Save the Page
The user will be notified they have lost access to the team
Adding or Removing a Team Moderator
You must have the Administrator role to add or remove a Team Moderator
Currently adding/removing moderators is only possible through the ItsWare website

Web - Admin Role
Add the user if they don't yet exist 📄 User Management
As an Account Admin Visit the Teams Page
Select a Team to manage
Under the User(s) table find the user, or use the "Add User" button to invite existing users to the Team
Use the person icon under the actions column to assign a user as a moderator, or remove the moderator role from a user.
Save the Page
Granting or removing access to a Cabinet
You must be an Administrator to grant or remove access to a Cabinet for a team
Web
From the website click on the Teams tab
Find the Cabinets section
Choose the remove icon to remove access
Choose the Add Cabinet button to add access
Save the page
Mobile
From the mobile app choose the Cabinets Tab
Select the Cabinet you want to grant access to
From the three dots menu in the upper right choose "Edit Teams"
Select or Deselect teams to modify which teams have access
Tap Confirm to save changes
