How do I access a Cabinet?

What Cabinets do I have access to?

Users are assigned to Teams, and Teams are assigned to Cabinets.

All users on a Team have access to all of the teams cabinets.

  • As a user you can see the cabinets you have access to by logging into the website or mobile app and selecting the cabinets tab

  • Administrators and Moderators can modify a users access to a cabinet, by managing Teams 📄 Team Management

Use Google or Apple Wallet to Unlock the Cabinet

  1. Ensure you have the official Wallet app for Android or iOS (typically it's pre-installed)

  2. Through the mobile app open the main hamburger menu

  3. Choose "User Profile"

  4. Tap "Wallet Pass", and follow confirmations to install the wallet pass for your device

  5. Unlock your device and tap it to the Cabinet

Tip:

  • Each device and operating system has a slightly different method for activating NFC passes.

  • iOS devices prefer more of a tap motion at the top of the device

  • Android devices differ by manufacturer but may require placing the center of the device flat against the reader.

Use an Access Code to Unlock the Cabinet

Access codes are required to access Cabinet admin settings

Web - Administrator

Web - Moderators and Users

  1. Through the web app click on your user name in the upper right

  2. Choose "Profile"

  3. Take note of the Access Key in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

  4. Tap the unlock button on the Cabinet screen and enter your access code

Mobile

  1. Through the mobile app open the main hamburger menu

  2. Choose "User Profile"

  3. Take note of the Access Key in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

  4. Tap the unlock button on the Cabinet screen and enter your access code
